Worked great. I put it in my post-workout protein shake. Sped up my recovery time. As soon as I stopped taking it my recovery time nearly doubled. 1FAST400 stopped making it though. The only negative I can think of is sometimes clumps formed in it. Easily marginalized by placing the product in your freezer for storage.
Tastes a little funny too. Not a problem though, if you mix it with something with some flavor, like a protein shake, like I did.
