I am not sure if it really works. All I know is that I get constipation problem when I use it. I think it breaks down ALL the fibers, so it somehow defeats its own purpose. So, I just take one pill instead of recommended two and take it when I consume a great deal of vegetables.

Not perfect, but works quite well as advertised. I need to take 5-6 tablets with each meal, and still get some gas, but no smell. Thank goodness someone invented Beano!

It doesn't cover my lawn mower too well, I have to adjust the handle down some to actually cover it with this item.
