I started drinking Udo's Wholesome Fast Food around 3 years ago. My doctor had prescribed a low dose blood pressure medicine thats main side effect was constipation. I didn't like the over counter fiber drinks because they made me retain water so I tried the Udo's and it worked "like a charm" without the water retention. Also, as a side benefit, I have been very very healthy. I very rarely get sick and if I do catch a cold I seem to fight it off quickly without developing all the usual cold symptoms. It doesn't have any flavor so you can drink it with anything even water.
