This product was recommended to me by a retired doctor. After being diagnosed with Celiac Disease, she said it would really help my body rid itself of the toxic gluten I had been storing, as well as help me digest my increased intake of raw foods. I started taking it and noticed a HUGE difference. I didn't feel bloated or like I over-ate after every meal. I didn't get indigestion all the time. I never got heartburn. Some of these things were due, in part, to beginning a gluten-free diet. However, I know most of it was attributable to THIS particular enzyme product because once I ran out of my initial supply, I tried some less expensive versions. I did NOT get the same results! I didn't feel as good, and the abdominal distension came back, despite remaining gluten-ree. Now that I am taking these enzymes again, I look and feel 15 pounds lighter and I love it! These are worth every penny!
